We stand behind our work and offer a limited warranty on labor and parts we provide.
Details of the warranty include:
• Labor Warranty: 90 days
• Parts Warranty: 90 days (exception: whirlpool & GE are 1 year, as long as they honor the warranty, so will I.)
Please Note:
Warranties apply only to the specific repair performed and the part(s) replaced or serviced during the original visit.
If new or unrelated issues arise, they are not covered under the original service warranty.
Some service calls involve multiple symptoms or potential causes.
In such cases, repairs may require a process-of-elimination approach.
This means:
• The first repair may not fully resolve the issue if there are additional underlying problems.
• We will communicate each step and recommendation clearly.
• Each new issue identified will be treated as a separate service unless directly related to the original problem.
This approach helps ensure we accurately resolve complex issues without unnecessary repairs or costs.
We will ask you to sign the agreement at time of service.
By signing said agreement, you acknowledge that:
• You have read and understood the warranty policy and troubleshooting process.
• You understand that resolving certain problems may require more than one visit.
• You agree to allow our technician to perform diagnostics and repairs as described.
